This is the secret of these steel-framed houses, which are ten times lighter but just as strong as traditional houses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Their easy and quick to build structure, with double insulation made from 93% recycled steel exterior walls, are suitable for all types of land. MOASTEEL houses, which can be built on existing foundations, consume less than 21 Kwh\/M2 per year (about 200 \u20ac for 120m2). With their A rating in the energy performance diagnosis, they are less expensive than wooden houses and offer the best quality-price ratio of green houses. In Champagne-Ardenne, there are now about forty of these metal environmental champions, already awarded the Solar Impulse label and first prize in the Resilient Buildings Awards in the individual housing category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<div class=\"TA23_TEMOIGNAGE\"><div class=\"TA23_TCI_TEXTE\"><p>\u201cWe are now working to develop this type of house on a larger scale. We dream of building a 4.0 factory to industrialize the system, digitize all the structures by introducing digitalization, from order taking to construction site completion.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div><div
