The bio polyol, once used in synthesis, becomes polyurethane, a common plastic in many industrial sectors. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"a-bio-refinery-for-sustainable-and-circular-biochemicals\"><strong><strong>A \u00abBio Refinery\u00bb for sustainable and circular biochemicals<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Polyurethane, from the large plastic family, produced via the synthesis with polyol, is widely used in the construction, automotive, furniture, nautical industries: we find it for example in the seats of our cars, in our sofas, glues, insulation foams, varnishes, coatings and paints, surfboards, sails\u2026 This polymer is mainly produced from petroleum derivatives or food crops that are harmful to the environment and biodiversity. In its technology, ecorbio uses \u201cbiorefinery\u201d processes by recovering industrial biomass residues and waste, such as sewage sludge, to produce polyols (bios) that then produce a bio polyurethane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The \u00abBio Raffinerie\u00bb ecorbio is a pioneer in the production of \u00abbio\u00bb polyols, sustainable and circular.
